Normatova Shakhnoza Manonovna сandidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor

Normatova Shakhnoza Manonovna, сandidate of economic sciences, associate professor, was born on March 20, 1979 in Khujand city in an intelligent family. After completing secondary school No. 15 in Khujand in 1995, she entered the faculty of business and world economy of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics. In 2000, after graduating from university with a degree in international economic relations, she began her career as an economist in the planning department of “Tojikmatlubot” of Sughd Region.

She began her teaching career in 2007 as an assistant at management and marketing department at the Institute of Economics and Trade of the Tajik State University of Commerce (IET TSUC). From 2013 to 2018, she worked as an assistant professor at the management department at State Technical University of Ukraine. From 2018 to 2022, she was a head of management department of Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics.

In 2012, she defended her thesis at the Dissertation Council of Tajik State University of Commerce on the topic “Development and promotion of retail trade as the main segment of service sector in the Republic of Tajikistan” and received scientific degree of candidate of economic sciences.

Shakhnoza Manonovna is an author of more than 65 scientific articles, 3 monographs, 3 teaching aids and a participant of several regional and international conferences.

For effective educational and scientific achievements, she was awarded a Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, regional educational department of Sughd region, executive committee of Khujand city and People’s Democratic Party of Sughd region.

Since February 2022, by order of the Minister of Education and Science of Tajikistan, she has been appointed to a position of deputy rector for educational work of Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics.
