Shukhrat Kenjayev – vice rector for economical and financial affairs, candidate of jurisprudence, associate

Was born on August 1, 1975 in B. Gafurov’s (Khujand) Sughd region. Tajik. High degree diploma. He is a member of People’s Democratic party of Tajikistan. Married. Has four children.

In 1992 he entered law department of Tajik national university, and in 1997 successfully graduated. He began his activity in Khujand State University after academician B. Gafurov as an assistant of criminal and civil law chair (1998-2001). Then he continued his activity as an acting  chief of criminal and civil law department (2001-2011), senior teacher of criminal and civil law department(2001-2002), chief of criminal and civil law department (2002-2005).

Since 2005 works at the Tajik State University of law, business and policy first as an acting chief of the theory, history of the state and constitutional right department (2005-2007), then a chief of the theory, history of state and law, Constitutional right chair(2007-2011), the head of a constitutional right chair(2011-2012), since 2012-2018 dean of law department of Tajik state university of law, business and politics.

Kenjayev Shuhratjon Yusufovich was appointed vice rector for economic and financial affairs by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of Republic of Tajikistan from 23.08.2018, No. 171-k.

In 2003 defended candidacy dissertation on the subject “Jomi’s State Legal Opinions” He is the author of 5 monographs, 3 methodical instructions and more than 100 scientific articles. He is awarded with the prize “For Outstanding Achievements in the Fields of Education and Sciences of Tajikistan” and B. Gafurov’s award.
