Fazliddinzoda Donish Fazliddin – Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Candidate of Philological Sciences (PhD), Associate Professor
Fazliddinzoda Donish Fazliddin, candidate of philological sciences , Associate Professor, was born on October 24, 1987, in Asht district, into an intellectual family. In 2010, he graduated from Khujand State University with a degree in Philology and Oriental Studies, qualifying as a teacher of Persian and English.
From 2010 to 2016, he began his career as Head of the Foreign Languages Center at the Institute of Economics and Trade. From 2016 to 2017, he was a head of the Science and Innovation Department at the same institute.
Since November 22, 2017, he has been working at the State University of Law, Business and Politics of Tajikistan. He was a head of the University Testing Center until 2024, and from March 2024 to August 2025, he was the dean of the Political Science and International Relations faculty.
From 2010 to 2013, he was a postgraduate student at Khujand State University named after Academician Bobojon Ghafurov, under the supervision of Professor T. Vahhobov. In March 2013, he successfully defended his dissertation on the topic: “Anthroponyms in the Shahnameh by Abulqosim Firdawsi.”
Currently, he is pursuing a doctoral dissertation in the field of Law (specialty 12.00.01 – Theory and History of State and Law) on the topic: “State and Legal Views of Abulqosim Firdawsi: A Theoretical and Historical-Legal Study,” under supervision of academician, doctor of Law, Professor Azizzoda Ubaidullo Abdullo.
Throughout his academic career, he has published 25 scientific articles. He is active in public life, demonstrates personal initiative and persistence in his work. He is well-deserved and respected among colleagues. Kind and modest in his interactions with teachers and students. Morally upright and constantly works to expand his political and cultural worldview. As a young scholar and specialist, he regularly presents at conferences, seminars, and academic events.
He possesses strong professional skills and consistently contributes to the advancement of the university. For his diligent and productive work, he was awarded a Certificate of Honor by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2020 and a Letter of Appreciation by the National Testing Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2023.
In 2025, by order No. 232/ of June 30, 2025, issued by the Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, he was awarded the title of an Associate Professor. By order No. 84 of July 2, 2025, issued by the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, he was appointed Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the State University of Law, Business and Politics of Tajikistan.
