TSULBP: Establishment of Departmental Professional Development Center at LLC “Future Innovation”
Training teachers who meet requirements of the modern era and, thereby, fully supplying educational institutions with highly qualified personnel, as well as enhancing social status of teachers, are timely and important objectives. In this context, improving practical experience plays a significant role in strengthening the professional capacity of educators. The gradual placement of students for academic practice at the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics enables them to apply acquired knowledge in practice, gain professional experience, and continue their activities in production and industrial enterprises.
On January 15, 2026, in order to implement instructions and directives of the Leader of Nation regarding integration of science and production, to fulfill provisions of the Program for Integration of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State Program for Development of Science and Innovation in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023–2027, the National Strategy for Development of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan until 2030, and for practical implemention University Academic Council’s decisions on establishing departmental branches at production facilities, chair of Information Technologies in Economics established a Departmental Professional Development Center at LLC “Future Innovation.”
It should be noted that LLC “Future Innovation” carries out extensive activities in the field of software development, implementation of innovative technologies in various sectors of the regional economy, and digitalization processes, making a significant contribution to their advancement.
The establishment of Departmental Professional Development Center creates opportunities for students of the department’s specialties to complete their academic, industrial, and pre-graduation internships at organization. In addition, the company has expressed its readiness to expand cooperation by organizing educational excursions, engaging active students as interns and trainee employees, holding seminars and roundtable discussions, and implementing IT projects and startups, among other collaborative initiatives.
