TSULBP: Establishment of a Branch of the сhair of Banking at Humo Bank — a Sustainable Step in Implementing Dual Education
On January 9, 2026 in order to introduce dual education into educational process and strengthen the link between science and practice, a branch of the chair of Banking of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics was established at the branch of Closed Joint-Stock Company “Humo Bank.”
The opening ceremony of the branch of the chair of Banking was held with the participation of representatives of the university and the banking institution. During the event, the chief of the Banking chair, P.M. Boboeva, noted that the main objective of dual education is to enhance students’ professional skills, bring the educational process closer to real-world professional practice, foster professional independence, and create favorable conditions for graduates’ employment after completing their studies.
It was emphasized that the establishment of such branches provides students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in the banking sector while continuing their university studies, thereby enabling them to adapt to labor market requirements.
In addition, the Head of the Internship and Work with Young Specialists Department of the university, M.A. Sattarova, spoke about the significance and content of establishing branches of specialized chairs production institutions, emphasizing that dual education as a modern form of learning ensures a close integration of theoretical knowledge with practical experience in a real professional environment.
At the conclusion of an event, it was noted that mutually beneficial cooperation between the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics and CJSC “Humo Bank” will contribute to the training of highly qualified specialists in the banking sector and will play an important role in achieving the strategic objectives of the education system and development of a national economy.
