CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE by Rector, Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Associate Professor Muminzoda Sheroz Abdujabbor on the occasion of Knowledge Day and the Lesson of Peace
Esteemed professors and dear students! It is a great honor that this year, Knowledge Day and Lesson of Peace coincide with an eve of one of our most glorious national celebrations — the 34th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
As per tradition, the annual celebration of Knowledge Day with the direct participation of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, symbolizes deep respect for science and education. This noble occasion guides the youth of our country towards wisdom and enlightenment. The constructive guidance of the esteemed Leader of Nation serves as a foundation for discovering and implementing qualitatively new approaches across all levels of education. It nurtures qualities in young specialists — our future professionals — that reflect both national and universal human values.
It is undeniable that steady development of various sectors of national economy, ongoing achievements of our citizens, and expansion of construction and development efforts are all fruits of independence and stability. This progress inspires the university community to continue its fruitful activities with renewed energy.
Aligning the level and quality of education with global standards, strengthening the material and technical base, and achieving scientific and educational successes are results of purposeful efforts by both teachers and students.
The launch of additional classrooms, language centers, and laboratories — especially expansion of construction and development projects — are among the university’s major achievements, which reflect dedicated work of an entire academic staff.
Creating favorable conditions in a short time for academic, research, and innovative activities, attracting talented students to technological park, centers, and modern laboratories equipped with up-to-date teaching tools contributes to raising the level and quality of education, preparing highly qualified specialists, studying language, history, and ancient culture of Tajik people, and increasing students’ interest in mathematics, natural sciences, information technologies, and foreign languages — especially Russian and English.
I am confident that professors, teachers, staff, and all university students will continue to use all available opportunities in teaching and education to further enhance the prestige of our spiritual center of learning.
On this joyful and fitting occasion, I sincerely congratulate all staff, teachers, and students on the beginning of a new academic year — Knowledge Day and Lesson of Peace — and wish you continued success and achievements in your future endeavors.
I hope that the new academic year will bring fresh successes and noble achievements to our university community.
Successful New Academic Year!
