TSULBP: Republican economic forum on «Ensuring sustainable development and competitiveness of the economy of Tajikistan in the context of globalization “

The republican economic forum on “Ensuring sustainable development and competitiveness of the economy of Tajikistan in the context of globalization» was held at the Tajik state university of law, business and politics.

In the forum work took part and made online speech the  Minister of education and science of the Republic of Tajikistan, academician Muhammadyusuf Imomzoda, Director of the Institute of Economics and demography, National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, professor Sharif Rahimzoda and offline first Deputy Minister of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Ashurboy  Solehzoda, Sughd region state government deputy chairman  Anvar Yakubi, experts, scientists and specialists of the sectors, entrepreneurs and representatives of scientific institutions, heads and representatives of domestic companies.

The Rector of the University, Professor Mumin Sharifzoda, called the holding of the Republican economic forum with the participation of industry scientists and specialists in the field of sustainable development and competitiveness of the economy of Tajikistan in the context of globalization an important factor.

Then, the Minister of education and science of the republic of Tajikistan, academician Muhammadyusuf Imomzoda noted that within the framework of the forum, favorable conditions will be created for finding and presenting ways to ensure sustainable economic development, increase the country’s competitiveness in the context of globalization and create a favorable base for the integration of science and production, based on the conclusions and proposals of scientists and specialists on the implementation of strategic goals of the state.

As part of the Republican economic forum “Ensuring sustainable development and competitiveness of the economy of Tajikistan in the context of globalization”, in the afternoon, was held a round table with the participation of national  entrepreneurs, doctoral students, applicants, undergraduates and university students. The round table was attended by our partners – representatives and managers of banks “Amonatbonk”, “Orienbonk”, “Eshata”, “IMON”, Humo, FEZ “Sughd”, production companies “Farovon-1”, “33”, “NEKSIGOL”, “Dusti-Alisher”, “Azizi”, “Faizi Rasul”, “Archa”, “Star-Plast”, “Manzil”, mobile operator Tcell, hotel Khujand star, Zarafshon travel company.”

During the forum, scientists and specialists discussed issues of establishing mutually beneficial cooperation with foreign countries in a market economy, training qualified specialists who meet the requirements of the labor market, introducing science into production, improving the quality of products production, increasing the export of environmentally friendly and import-substituting products, finding modern directions for the development of tourism, which are an important factor in ensuring sustainable economic development, improving the country’s competitiveness in the modern conditions of globalization and creating favorable conditions  for the science and production collaboration.

At the end, was held a ceremony of signing contracts with partners.
