OPENING OF THE CENTER FOR CULTURE AND DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AT TSULBP

On March 29, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of Nation Emomali Rahmon, inaugurated the Center for Culture and Development of Innovative Technologies at the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics in the city of Khujand.

With the commissioning of this facility, 15 permanent jobs were created.

The Head of State held a warm conversation with students and encouraged them to study exact sciences and modern technologies more deeply. Students were also advised to pay special attention to mastering modern sciences, particularly digital and innovative technologies.

The facility includes a large conference hall with 720 seats, a Center for Artificial Intelligence and IT Park, a dissertation council hall, a museum, an exhibition of traditional crafts, a small hall for music and dance training, as well as auxiliary and service rooms.

The Center for Artificial Intelligence and IT Park serves as a modern innovative platform for the development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in the country.

The Center is aimed at creating an intellectual environment for data analysis, processing, and effective use, while also focusing on training highly qualified and competitive specialists. Its activities include the development of artificial intelligence systems, digitalization of the educational process, and advancement of scientific research.

The Center is equipped with modern technology, including personal computers suitable for artificial intelligence and programming. It is also connected to high-speed internet via an optical fiber network, ensuring all necessary conditions for effective educational, scientific, and innovative activities.

Three dissertation councils operates at university that facilitate academic sessions, including defense of candidate and doctoral dissertations. These councils play an important role in training highly qualified specialists and advancing national science.

The university museum is an important cultural and educational unit reflecting the history and achievements of institution. It displays valuable materials related to the university’s development, academic successes, and contributions to specialist training.

A significant part of the museum is dedicated to materials and photographs of visits by the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, highlighting continuous attention of the country’s leadership to education.

The museum also presents scientific achievements, inventions, and works of university’s scholars and faculty members.

The small hall for music and dance training is designed to develop students’ creative abilities. It hosts music, dance, and other cultural activities, contributing to aesthetic education and development of national culture.

The exhibition of traditional crafts is an important cultural section of the center, showcasing the best examples of national craftsmanship, including wood carving, embroidery, jewelry making, and carpet weaving.

It is worth noting that the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics has 6 faculties, 30 departments, 5 academic buildings with 135 classrooms, a modern dormitory, an electronic library, sports facilities, 16 computer labs, language laboratories, criminology and innovation labs, a courtroom, a legal clinic, and testing and language centers.

The building is equipped with modern heating systems, fire alarm systems, video surveillance, and advanced electrical infrastructure.

During his visit, President Emomali Rahmon highly praised the quality of the construction work.
