TSULBP: Development of Dual Education and Learning from the Experience of Professional Specialists
Cooperation between the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics and governmental bodies, enterprises, and industrial organizations has been expanding year by year. Within the framework of bilateral cooperation agreements, students undertake internships in various government institutions and industrial enterprises according to their fields of specialization.
In order to implement the state policy of the Republic of Tajikistan aimed at improving the quality of education, strengthening connection between science and industry, and developing dual education, on February 18, 2026, at the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics, on the initiative of Professor Daler Dadomatov, сhief of the Accounting chair, the Center for Professional Development of Accounting chair was established in cooperation with five organizations, including FKH “Ravnaq”, FKH “Hamyorī”, “Modern High-Quality Brick”, LLC “Panjiston”, and LLC “Sughd Audit”. This initiative created favorable conditions for expanding practical cooperation between the university and production sector.
During their speeches, the heads of organizations spoke about the steady operations and sustainable development of their companies and expressed their readiness for mutually beneficial cooperation, including involvement of university students and their future employment.
The main objective of establishing this Center is to involve students of economic specialties in production processes, enhance their practical training, deepen their professional knowledge, learn from the experience of industry specialists, and apply theoretical knowledge in practice. It also aims effectively implement instructions of the Leader of Nation and to expand cooperation between the university and governmental institutions as well as public and private organizations.
This initiative is considered an important step toward the development of dual education, training of highly qualified specialists who meet labor market requirements, and will serve as a solid foundation for further expansion of productive cooperation in the future.
