TSULBP: Steady Steps in the Development of Dual Education

Within the framework of expanding scientific and practical cooperation and strengthening ties between educational institutions and production sector, on February 13, 2026, the Career Development Center of Silk Road Professionals LLC was officially opened at the chair of Information and Communication Technologies and Programming of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics. This initiative is regarded as an important step toward training competitive specialists who meet the demands of the labor market.

As part of the Center’s activities, a meeting was held with students of the relevant academic programs. The main purpose of an event was to strengthen effective cooperation, enhance practical knowledge, and create favorable conditions for the development of students’ professional skills.

The Career Development Center operates with the aim of integrating theoretical knowledge with real production experience by organizing practical classes, internships, specialized seminars and training sessions, as well as engaging students in practical and innovative projects.

In order to implement theoretical knowledge in practice and ensure its methodological application in the production environment, educational internships were organized for second- and third-year students majoring in Finance and Credit and World Economy within the framework of the Career Development Centers established at the chair of Finance and Credit under the Directorate of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in Khujand, and at MOI “Sughd” under the chair of World Economy.

Within the framework of cooperation, company executives conducted practical sessions for students, addressing an application of modern information technologies, advanced programming methods, analysis of software project structures, and effective approaches to solving technical problems. Students were given an opportunity to test their theoretical knowledge in a real working environment and benefit from the direct experience of industry professionals.

The purpose of organizing sessions with leading industry experts is to enhance students’ knowledge, provide them with a clear understanding of their chosen profession, improve the quality of learning, strengthen theoretical foundations, and familiarize them with the structure of production enterprises.
