Celebration of National Flag Day at TSULBP

On November 21, 2025, a ceremonial gathering dedicated to the National Flag Day of the Republic of Tajikistan was held in the assembly hall of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics.

The university administration, faculty members, and students took part in the event.

First, university rector, Sheroz Muminzoda, congratulated the audience on the occasion of National Flag Day and emphasized that the National Flag of the Republic of Tajikistan, which during the years of independence has become a symbol of unity and cohesion, as well as a sign of national pride and honor, embodies the rich history of Tajik statehood, the high literary and spiritual culture, and constructive aspirations of the nation.

Today, as the Republic of Tajikistan steadily advances in economic, social, scientific-technological, and cultural spheres, the National Flag serves as a foundation for self-awareness and national identity for every citizen — a symbol of unity and stability, and a source of pride and responsibility. It calls upon us to safeguard achievements of independence, strengthen peace, and work diligently for the progress of our Homeland.

The Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics, following the wise and far-sighted policy of the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, continues to strengthen its efforts in training competitive, educated, intellectually developed, and patriotic specialists. We are proud that the university has become one of the key centers of higher education, providing talented youth with broad scientific, methodological, organizational, creative opportunities. Under the National Flag — a symbol of honor, devotion, and responsibility — hundreds of our students achieve new successes and contribute to prosperity of beloved Tajikistan, noted Sheroz Muminzoda.

Next, the Chairwoman of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Khujand, Munzifa Jabbori, delivered a congratulatory speech, highlighting that respect for national values such as the Flag guides every member of society toward unity, pride in the state and statehood, and strengthening of national independence. It enhances each person’s loyalty to the homeland and inspires good deeds. Every citizen of Tajikistan is obliged to respect the National Flag, since honoring national symbols means honoring one’s nation and state.

During the ceremony, several staff members, instructors, and students — winners of national competitions and university sports contests — were awarded diplomas, certificates of honor, letters of appreciation, and party membership certificates.

A vibrant literary and cultural program, consisting of patriotic poems and songs, concluded the ceremonial gathering beautifully.
