Congratulation of a rector of the State University of Law, Business and Policy of Tajikistan Sheroz Muminzoda on the occasion of Teacher’s Day and State Language Day
Dear professors, respected teachers, and esteemed colleagues!
With great respect and sincere affection, I congratulate you on two sacred and important national holidays of our country — State Language Day and Teacher’s Day, which are annually celebrated with special solemnity in October. I sincerely wish each of you good health, prosperity, and continued success.
Teacher’s Day is a day of respect and appreciation for those whose work plays a decisive role in nurturing creative forces of a nation, awakening minds of youth, and advancing science and enlightenment. Teachers, as guides on the path of knowledge and bearers of enlightenment, contribute significantly to development and progress of society.
We, the staff of the State University of Law, Business and Policy of Tajikistan, proudly declare that our teachers are active leaders in implementing an educational policy of the Leader of a Nation, preparing highly qualified personnel, and shaping sound thinking of students.
The Tajik language, as a source of national pride and a fundamental pillar of state identity, is one of the most important factors of national unity and the stability of the modern Tajik state. The Founder of Peace and National Accord — the Leader of a Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon — pays special attention to a language in state policy, calling it a symbol of nation’s existence and a guarantee of its perpetuity. Language is not only a means of communication but also a treasury of cultural, historical, and moral values passed down from generation to generation. Therefore, preserving and honoring the state language is a sacred duty of every patriotic and conscious citizen.
Taking this opportunity, I once again congratulate you on these glorious holidays and wish that under the light of beautiful and pure Tajik language and inspired by the mission of teaching, you continually contribute to the development and prosperity of the Motherland.
Happy State Language Day and Teacher’s Day!
