State Awards Presented to Professors of TSULBP  

On September 8, 2025, a solemn ceremony of presenting state awards was held in the hall of the Executive Body of State Authority of Sughd region with the participation of the first deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Hakim Kholiqzoda, and the Governor of Sughd Region, Rajab Ahmadzoda.

The event was held pursuant to Presidential Decree recognizing distinguished services of representatives from various fields, including science and culture, healthcare, industry, local government, and entrepreneurship.

During their speeches, first deputy Prime Minister Hakim Kholiqzoda and Governor Rajab Ahmadzoda warmly congratulated participants on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the 34th anniversary of the State Independence. They emphasized that in the policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, appreciation and support of an outstanding citizens of the country holds great significance. Organization of this ceremony on the eve of Independence Day symbolizes gratitude of the head of state toward those who have made significant contributions to country’s socio-economic development, strengthening of unity and stability, and nation’s prosperity.

It was highlighted that thanks to the care and support of the Leader of Nation, nearly 40 individuals were honored with state awards of the Republic of Tajikistan on the eve of Independence celebration.

It is a matter of great pride and honor for the academic staff of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics that, by Presidential Decree dated August 12, 2025, two university professors — Advisor to the Rector for International Relations, candidate of philosophical sciences, Professor of the department of Social Sciences, Abdurahim Khojievich Juraev, and candidate of philological sciences, Associate Professor of Foreign Languages chair, Naima Yusupovna Pulodova — were awarded the Medal “For Meritorious Service.”

The university’s academic staff sincerely congratulates esteemed professors Abdurahim Khojievich Juraev and Naima Yusupovna Pulodova on this high recognition and wishes them continued success in their academic and creative endeavors.
