On May 24-25, the XXIII International Scientific and practical conference «Theory and Practice of commercial activity. Global Digitalization as a tool of transformation» took place.

The conference was organized by the Federal university of Siberia and the Tajik state university of law, business and politics acting as co-organizer of the conference. Representatives from the universities of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan attended the conference.
On 24 May, the plenary session of the conference was moderated by the Director of the Institute of Business and Services of the Federal University of Siberia, Professor Suslova Y.
The plenary session was attended by TSULBP’s vice-rector for International Relations, Professor Babadzhanov D.D., who hosted the conference on behalf of the University. Also, the online format at the plenary session was given by Candidate of Economic Sciences, associate professor Asrorova M.A. with a report on the topic «Digital economy as a factor of commercial efficiency».
In addition, within the framework of the conference on the basis of the Tajik state university of law, business and politics, one of the sections on the topic «Development of commercial activity in the Republic of Tajikistan under conditions of digitalization» conducted its work. Within the section the issues of formation of the basis of digitalization for the development of commercial activity in the Republic of Tajikistan, application of digital technologies for the development of the commercial activity of Tajikistan were discussed, Development of international cooperation in the sphere of trade and commerce, as well as problems of formation of digital economy in the Republic of Tajikistan.
Conference Theory and Practice of commercial activity. Global digitalization as a tool for transformation» is an important step along the path of formation and development of the partnership between our university and the Siberian Federal University.
