Congratulations from the rector of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics, Sheroz Muminzoda, on the occasion of the 31st Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan

Dear professors, students, and esteemed staff!
With pride and great honor, I congratulate all of you on the 31st anniversary of adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan — the decisive document of our independent state!

The Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, adopted on November 6, 1994 through a nationwide referendum, is a solid legal foundation of our national statehood and a reflection of aspirations of our peace-loving and justice-seeking people. This supreme political and legal act is the first Constitution of the independent Tajik state and has laid a strong foundation for building a democratic, lawful, and social society.

Over the past three decades, under the wise leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of a Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, Constitution has served as a guarantor of peace and stability, national unity, and sustainable state development. Thanks to it, Tajikistan has achieved remarkable progress in political, social, economic, and cultural spheres.

As supporters of the law and implementers of state policy, we must contribute to strengthening legal foundations of the country, educating conscious and patriotic citizens, and raising legal awareness of society.

I express strong confidence that the students, teachers, and entire staff of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics, with a high sense of responsibility and loyalty to constitutional values, will continue their efforts for the further progress of independent Tajikistan and the strengthening of national statehood.

May the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan always guide us on the path of prosperity, development, unity, and solidarity of our honorable people.
