Ceremonial meeting under the title “Leader of a nation – guarantor of peace and stability”
A ceremonial meeting under the title “The leader of a nation – the guarantor of peace and stability” was held on 16.11.2024 in Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics, on the occasion of the Day of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, under the guidance of a rector of the university and initiative of the faculty of political science and international relations, in which the head of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Khujand Jabbari Munzifa Abdusattor participated and made a speech.
Rector of the university, doctor of economic sciences Hoshimzoda Homid Hasan about this historical date and its sacredness for the people of Tajikistan and unique services of a Founder of National Peace and Unity – the Leader of the Nation, honorable Emomali Rahmon made the opening speech and mentioned, among other things, that our country has gained an unprecedentable reputation on the world stage, and Tajiks’ experience of peace has become the title of political science manuals and books. The country’s development, prosperity and peace, and the standard of living of our people have greatly increased, and Tajikistan is considered one of the safest countries in the world…
Then, the floor for the report was given to a chairman of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in the city of Khujand Jabbori Munzifa Abdusattor. She spoke about the leader, the worthy son of the nation – Emomali Rahmon, among other things, he said: “The President of our country was sworn in as the Chairman of the Supreme Council at the inaugural meeting of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan, who brought peace to Tajikistan, return the last emigrant to the homeland and reunite suffering and scattered Tajik nation, and the oaths of the head of state have come true. He also emphasized that the leader of the nation directed all his energy to protect national independence and save motherland, and saved our Motherland from disintegration and destruction…
Then, according to the program, the head of the department of political science, doctor of historical sciences, professor Homidzoda Furkat Muqim spoke on the topic “The president is the guarantor of national unity” and emphasized with facts about the initiative, bravery and achievements, selfless efforts, dangerous visits and constructive talks of the respected leader of nation with various political groups.
After that, the head of the department of social sciences, candidate of political sciences, associate professor Saidzoda Shukhrat Shukur spoke on the topic “Session of the XVI Supreme Council – the fateful session of the nation” and stressed the historical significance of the XVI Session and the formation of national unity.
After the speeches, a ceremony was held to award a number of students of the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations with membership cards of People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan and to hand over the gifts and letters of thanks to university professors.
The rector of the university summed up the ceremonial meeting with these words: “The initiatives of our head of state as a story of masculinity, heroism, courage, creativity, innovativeness and innovation are engraved in the pages of the history of our cultured and ancient nation with eternal golden letters. The policy adopted by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, obliges us to use all our strength, power, ability, knowledge and experience to realize the goals of the state and government in the direction of strengthening the pillars of a new statehood of Tajikistan and increasing the level of well-being of population.”
