Ceremony of awarding certificates to winners of Rector’s Scholarship competition

On December 28, 2024, at the Tajik State University of Law, Business, and Politics, a ceremony was held to award certificates to winners of Rector’s Scholarship competition. The event was attended by the university rector, doctor of economic sciences Khoshimzoda Khomid, vice-rectors, and deans of the faculties.
It is worth noting that, with the aim of encouraging and strengthening specialized and political knowledge of students, master’s students, and doctoral students at the Tajik State University of Law, Business, and Politics competition for the Rector’s Scholarship was first held within academic groups and faculties, as well as departments of master’s and programs, and university lyceum. Totally 91 participants reached the final of competition.

In the final round, competition commission assessed the candidates’ self-presentation, language proficiency, political and legal knowledge, specialized knowledge, and participation in public activities. According to commission members’ conclusion, 30 candidates who achieved the highest scores based on the competition criteria were deemed worthy of receiving the Rector’s Scholarship for the academic year 2024-2025. All the winners of the competition were awarded certificates about receiving the Rector’s Scholarship in a ceremonial setting by the rector of the university.
