International Scientific and Practical Conference ‘Development of Human Capital and Technological Innovations, Addressing Climate Challenges and Achieving Long-Term Sustainable Economic Growth through Resource Efficiency.

On 27-28 September 2024, an international scientific and practical conference was held at the Fergana Polytechnic Institute.

Within the framework of this event, aimed at ensuring long-term sustainable economic growth, human capital development, introduction of innovations and achievements of technology in all sectors of the economy, transition to a green economy, solving climate problems, diversification of the economy, increasing export potential, scientific issues related to investment attractiveness, representatives of universities and research institutions of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Latvia took part in the conference:

  2. Babajaniyon Davron Dadojan – Doctor of Economics, Professor, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovations, Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics, Khujand.
  3. Belarus
  4. Shahriyor – Rector of Polytechnic Institute of Tajik Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi, Khujand.
  5. Latvia

Sections on the following directions were organised at the international scientific-practical conference:

  1. Strategies (mechanisms) of effective management of the processes of integration of science, education and production as a factor of transition to innovation economy;
  2. The role of accounting, economic analysis and audit in ensuring long-term sustainable economic growth;
  3. Issues of development of the country’s economy on the basis of innovations and green energy;
  4. The role of advanced engineering schools in the development of the country;
  5. Innovative approaches in education: human capital development as a key factor in achieving progress.

In his speech, Professor Babajaniyon Davron Dadojan emphasised the efforts and role of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honourable Emomali Rahmon and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Honourable Shavkat Mirziyoyev in creating conditions for fruitful cooperation between the economic entities of our countries. He expressed words of gratitude to the leadership of the Ministry of Education and Science of our countries for supporting and promoting the development of international ties between universities, thanks to which it has become possible to hold such events.

The organisation and holding of such conferences and forums will not only provide clarity to the development of human capital and technological innovations, addressing climate issues and achieving long-term sustainable economic growth, but will also make a great contribution to the development of our cooperation and will be another important step towards the development of inter-university cooperation.
