SUSTAINABLE COOPERATION OF TWO UNIVERSITIES

In recent years, beneficial cooperation in all fields, including the field of education and science, has been observed between the Republic of Tajikistan and our friendly and neighboring country, the Republic of Uzbekistan, where the role of the leaders of both countries, the founder of peace and national unity, the leader of a nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, is very significant.

The cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan and this institution on the part of Uzbekistan is the result of beneficial bilateral relations between the High Leaders of both countries,  and on the basis of that, the higher professional institutions of both countries have signed cooperation agreements and have significant activities within it. On the basis of mutual cooperation with the Republic of Uzbekistan, between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, a cooperation agreement was approved, on the basis of which, for the first time in the country, a joint Faculty of Science and Technology was established in the country, and its activity is important.

Cooperation between State University of Law, Business and Politics of Tajikistan and higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan is very fruitful, the number of agreements reached 17.

In the result of close cooperation and invitation of the authority of Ferghana State University, a meeting of Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politic’s rector Professor Mumin Sharifzoda was held. Issues of further development of scientific and educational cooperation, development of new methods to improve the quality of education, exchange of qualified teachers to teach students, completion of joint scientific and research work in research, attracting master’s students, post-graduate students, doctoral students and researchers to study and defense of scientific theses, assistance for promoting teachers and scientists scientific degree, participation in scientific and practical and scientific and theoretical conferences, trainings and seminars, writing textbooks, scientific and research works, compiling teaching manuals, equaling the quality of education to world standards were among the topics that were discussed for further cooperation in 2023-2024 between Ferghana State University and Tajikistan State University of Law, Business and Politics. At the same time, heads of universities visited museum and educational buildings of FSU.

Within the framework of beneficial cooperation in the field of science and education between universities by the decision of the Council of Ferghana State University dated June 27, 2023 under No. 11 the rector of Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics Sharifzoda Mumin Mashokir was awarded the title of “Honorary Professor” of Fergana State University.

In the end, the parties noted that cooperation between these two higher professional institutions will continue to expand.
