The main goals and objectives of the RWMO of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics are aimed at organizing, monitoring and regulating the scientific, theoretical and scientific and practical activities of the relevant university structures, organizing, implementing and monitoring the implementation of current and future research plans institutions based on the requirements and provisions of regulatory legal acts in the field of science and education of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Research management department office of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics carries out its activities on the basis of laws and regulations in the field of science and education of the Republic of Tajikistan on the implementation of the decrees of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan related to the organization and coordination of the research process at the university, with the development and strengthening of intellectual and scientific potential, with sub Preparations scientific personnel, with the creation of favorable conditions for scientific creativity, exploration and discovery. The main areas of management include: preparation and conduct of scientific events; ensuring the participation of scientists, teachers, applicants, undergraduates, graduate students and students in conferences and competitions, scientific and theoretical seminars and discussions of scientific papers, forums and scientific events at the university, city, region, country and international levels; continuous improvement and control over the activities of structural divisions of the management of research and development, student groups, seminars; improvement and control over the process of scientific activity of divisions, scientific circles and seminars; organization of the research process and their effective implementation; improvement and control of editorial work; coordination of scientific business trips and creative vacations of scientists and teachers; organization and planning of basic research; organization and coordination of the connection of scientific achievements of the university with production, etc.

Scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel training department was established in February 2000 by decision of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The activities of the department in accordance with current plans are focused on the organization and control of the process of training scientific personnel.
Scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel training department encourage young researchers to choose problematic topics, thus striving to increase the number of university scientists by recruiting highly qualified specialists and post-graduate students through training in postgraduate, and doctoral studies.
Currently, 19 graduate students, 6 full-time and 13 part-time students are studying in the scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel training department of the university. At the same time, more than 75 young scientists from the university completed their research work as applicants.
Over the past 5 years, 34 researchers defended their dissertations, including 1 doctoral and 33 master’s theses.
At the same time, the activities of doctoral studies by the specialties are carried out in accordance with the Regulation on doctoral studies (PhD), approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated April 3, 2012 No. 127. At present, 35 applicants are conducting research in the department.
Rules for admission to doctoral (PhD) studies
Candidates for doctoral studies are enrolled in full-time studies in case of:
– of having a master’s degree;
– knowledge of one of the foreign languages (English, German, French, Chinese, etc.). In this regard, applicants, along with entrance examinations in the specialty, will undergo testing in one foreign language.
Foreign citizens entering PhD doctoral programs, doctoral programs by the fields, also pass entrance exams in the Tajik language.
Entrance exams in one foreign language are conducted in the scope of the program specified for graduates of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan (master’s program).
Examinations for specific subjects within the framework of a higher education program (master’s program) are conducted in written, verbal or test form.
Persons with higher professional “special” education (except for clinical medical specialties) are accepted only after obtaining a master’s degree.
Training in doctoral studies is carried out on a contractual basis, the duration is three years.

The Department of Information Technologies and Innovative Development is an integral part of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics, which operates in accordance with the Republic of Tajikistan Law “About Innovative Activities”, “The Innovative Development Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2011–2020”, the Charter University and Regulation.

The goals and objectives of the DITID:
– increasing the level of innovative activity, the level of qualification and training of technologically active specialists competitive in the labor market;

– Conducting fundamental and applied research, development work;
– support for research activities of the faculty, researchers, doctoral students, graduate students and students;

In accordance with the order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 04.24.2013 No. 958 at the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics, to continue studies in the magistracy, was obtained permission in the following specialties: political science, finance and credit, accounting, analysis and audit, management, world economy, information technology (in economics), jurisprudence, tax and taxation, economics and enterprise management, customs, marketing.
In the first year of the department’s work (2013-2014), 43 undergraduates were accepted by order of the university rector.
However, in subsequent years, the number of undergraduates is growing in all relevant specialties of the magistracy.
All the activities of the magistracy department are aimed at training highly qualified undergraduates. The management of master’s programs is conducted by the best and experienced professors and associate professors.
The main goal of the magistracy department is to ensure and control the training of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, as well as to increase the intellectual potential of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics.
The regulation on magistracy has been developed on the basis of the Republic of Tajikistan Law “About Education”, the Republic of Tajikistan Law ” About Higher and Postgraduate Professional Education” and other regulatory legal acts in the field of education with the aim of entering into the world educational space.
Magistracy, is one of the levels of higher professional education. The purpose of the master’s program is to provide various sectors of the national economy, the system of science and education of the Republic of Tajikistan with highly qualified specialists and scientific and pedagogical staff. The introduction of the master’s program promotes the approximation of higher professional education of the Republic of Tajikistan to international educational standards, creates the necessary conditions for the compliance of diplomas.

The scientific-theoretical journal “Bulletin of TSULBP” was founded in 2000 according to the resolution of the Academic Council of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics and registered under #517 in the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan on January 28, 2000. Since June 2011 the journal is included into the Inventory of leading, bound to reviewing scientific journals and editions being under the auspices of HAC (Higher Attestation Commission) subordinated to the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation; the bulletin being predestinated for publication of principle scientific results of candidate and doctoral dissertation provided for defense.
Up to 2015 articles were published in the journal under the rubrics: jurisprudence, economics, social sciences and philosophy, politology and sociology, history, philology, methods of teaching, reviews. In pursuance with the ordinance of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation, #793, July 25, 2014, the journal was divided into two series: social sciences and humanitarian sciences.
In the journal “Bulletin of TSULBP. Social Sciences Series” (ISSN 2411-1945) scientific articles are published under the rubrics: sciences of economics, juridical sciences, political sciences, reviews. In the journal “Bulletin of TSULBP. Humanitarian Sciences Series” (ISSN 2413-2004) articles are published under the rubrics: historical sciences and archeology, philosophical sciences, philological sciences, reviews and surveys. The frequency of the magazine is four issues per year., articles are published in Tajik, Russian and English; information about authors, titles of articles, resumes and key words (annotations to works) are also given in Tajik, Russian and English.
Based on the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation from June 3, 2016, both series of the journal “Bulletin of TSULBP” are re-listed on the Inventory of leading reviewed scientific journals and editions of HAC of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of doctor and candidate of sciences should be published. In the pointed Inventory the journal “Bulletin of TSULBP. Social Sciences Series” is registered under # 1929, the journal “Bulletin of TSULBP. Humanitarian Sciences Series” – under # 1930. The journal is included into the Russian Index of Scientific Citation (RISC). UPH “Dabir” has been operating since January 2017. The UYSC of the Tajik state University of law, business and politics was established in 1995. The Council of young scientists is a public organization at the University.
Main goals of the UYSC:
– professional growth of young scientists;
– pooling the potential of young scientists to develop ideas and solve priority scientific problems;
– development of innovative activities of young scientists;
– improving the scientific and professional level of young teachers;
– realization of creative opportunities of young scientists.
To achieve these goals, the UYSC performs the following tasks:
– development of the main issues related to the activities of young scientists for decision-making at the level of the management and Council of young scientists of the University;
– informing young scientists about scientific programs, funds, and potential customers of scientific and technical products;
– organizing and conducting conferences, seminars, symposiums and other events, as well as taking part in scientific events that are held at the initiative of scientific organizations, institutions of higher professional education of the Republic of Tajikistan and foreign partners;
– organization of cooperation of the Council of young scientists with the Scientific society of students, deans of faculties, departments, departments of master’s, doctoral studies by the specialty (postgraduate) and doctoral studies, as well as with the academic Council of the University;
– holding annual competitions of scientific works of young scientists of higher professional education institutions;
– preparation of initiative research interdisciplinary projects;
– cooperation with the community of young scientists of Tajikistan, Councils of young scientists of higher professional education institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan and other public organizations in order to conduct joint events, create conditions for the implementation of joint projects and strengthen mutually beneficial relations;
– promotion of scientific achievements of scientists and young specialists of the University, search for opportunities for their usage in market, etc.

On the basis of the Republic of Tajikistan Law “About the Technological Park”, an order No. 4 dated 10/18/2011 was signed by the rector of the university about TSULBP technological park creation.
In order to improve the university’s technopark, the technopark staff carried out preparatory work to improve its work, expand the use of the intellectual potential of teachers and students in order to implement the results of their scientific, technological and innovative research. The technology park was allocated work rooms in the university library building.
Taking into account the material and technical capabilities of the university and the main areas of scientific activity of the teaching staff, the organization of the activities of several important structures of the technological park is ongoing, including:
1. Carrying out of agribusiness – consulting.
2. Carrying out of audit – consulting.
3. Organization of legal consulting.
4. Organization of entrepreneurship and management.
5. The study of public opinion on socio-political issues.
6. Editing and translation of texts.
According to the form of activity, the technological park of TSULBP is a permanent non-profit legal entity and, according to the organization of activity, corresponds to a scientific and production park. Today the technology park cooperates with teachers and students of all faculties and departments of the university in all areas of activity.

The library of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics (TSULBP) was founded in 1993.
The main goals and objectives of the library:
